GEBRUIKSVOORWAARDES VIR LITNET-BLOGS

  • INLEIDING
    • Deur te registreer as ‘n gebruiker van LitNet-blogs, verbind jy jouself aan die blog-gebruiksvoorwaardes soos hier uiteengesit. Hierdie blog-gebruiksvoorwaardes vul die LitNet gebruiksvoorwaardes aan en indien daar enige konflik tussen die bepalings is sal die LitNet-gebruiksvoorwaardes voorkeur geniet.
    • LitNet mag verdere riglyne en reëls vir die gebruik van blogs op die LitNet-blogtuisblad publiseer en jy verbind jouself daartoe om die addisionele riglyne en reëls na te kom.
  • BEPERKTE AANSPREEKLIKHEID EN VRYWARING
    • Jy aanvaar volle aanspreeklikheid vir die inhoud van jou blog en vir die kommentaar wat jy op ander gebruikers se blogs mag maak. Jy waarborg dat jy geen onwettige, onbetaamlike, lasterlike of haatdraende teks (of illustrasies) op jou blog sal plaas nie en dat jy ook nie die immateriële goedereregte (bv kopiereg of handelsmerkreg) van ‘n derde party sal skend nie. Jy vrywaar LitNet van enige eis, insluitend moontlike regskoste, wat mag voortvloei uit jou verbreking van hierdie waarborg.
    • Jy besef dat jy op jou eie risiko staatmaak op enige inligting wat deur ‘n ander blogger op sy/haar blog geplaas is.
  • ANONIMITEIT
    • LitNet laat geen anonieme blogs en kommentaar toe nie. Indien jy onder ’n pseudoniem wil blog moet jy vooraf jou persoonlike inligting aan LitNet (melt@litnet.co.za) verstrek, waarna LitNet jou sal meedeel of jy toestemming verkry om die pseudoniem te gebruik. LitNet se gebruik van jou persoonlike inligting is onderhewig aan die bepalings oor privaatheid vervat in LitNet se gebruiksvoorwaardes.
  • HERGEBRUIK VAN KOMMENTAAR
    • Jy stem toe dat LitNet enige kommentaar of skrywe wat jy op LitNet-blogs plaas, mag hergebruik of aanhaal in enige ander publikasie sonder vooraf kennisgewing aan jou en sonder om eers jou toestemming te kry. Erkenning sal wel aan jou gegee word en jy behou kopiereg in die teks.
  • REDIGERING
    • Sonder dat LitNet daartoe verplig is, behou LitNet die reg voor om die blogs te modereer. Dit beteken dat LitNet die reg het om enige teks of skakels van jou blog te verwyder of om dit te redigeer. Redigering deur LitNet of die verwydering van skakels sal hoofsaaklik geskied om die leesbaarheid van die teks te verbeter, dit te verkort of om offensiewe, lasterlike, onbetaamlike of potensieel lasterlike teks te verwyder.
    • LitNet mag verwysings of skakels na ander verwante inligting wat beskikbaar is op LitNet tot jou blog toevoeg.
  • GEBRUIKSREËLS
    • Jy mag nie artikels of enige ander materiaal van ander webblaaie op jou blog plaas nie. ’n Uittreksel of opsomming van ander artikels is wel aanvaarbaar mits dit vergesel is van ’n skakel na die oorspronklike artikel en ook erkenning gee aan die outeur.
    • Jy mag nie jou blog gebruik om enige ander webblad of dienste te adverteer nie.
    • Skakels na die webblaaie van ander persone is slegs toelaatbaar vir inligtingsdoeleindes. Dit is jou plig om seker te maak dat jou skakel voldoen aan die webblad waarheen die skakel wys se gebruiksvoorwaardes.
    • Jy sal ander bloggers respekteer en hulle nie dreig, beledig, misbruik, intimideer of lastig val nie.
    • Jy onderneem om nie enige privaat inligting omtrent jouself of ‘n ander persoon op jou blog te plaas nie en jy sal nie inligting omtrent medebloggers versamel of openbaar sonder die medebloggers se toestemming nie.
    • Jy mag die blog alleenlik gebruik vir regmatige en wettige doeleindes.
    • Jy sal geen kettingbriewe, advertensies of versoeke vir marknavorsing of ander ondersoeke op jou blog plaas nie.
    • Jy sal jouself nie uitgee om enige ander persoon te wees nie en jy sal ook nie voorgee om geassosieer te wees met iemand indien dit nie die geval is nie.
    • Jy sal nie voorgee dat LitNet jou mening onderskryf nie.
    • Indien jy enige materiaal op ‘n ander LitNet-blog onaanvaarbaar vind, moet jy dit aan LitNet rapporteer alvorens jy enige ander stappe neem, sodat LitNet die gepaste stappe kan neem.
  • ALGEMEEN
    • LitNet mag hierdie blog-gebruiksvoorwaardes enige tyd wysig.
    • Suid-Afrikaanse reg is van toepassing op hierdie blog-gebruiksvoorwaardes asook op die verhouding tussen jou en LitNet.
    • LitNet mag sonder vooraf kennisgewing jou gebruik van die LitNet-blog enige tyd beëindig, insluitend wanneer jy enige bepaling van die gebruiksvoorwaardes verbreek. Jy sal nie vir LitNet, 24.com, Ligitprops 3042 BK of enige medewerker/bestuurders van LitNet enigsins aanspreeklik hou indien hulle jou gebruik van die blog beëindig nie.

  • INTRODUCTION
    • By registering as a user of the LitNet blogs, you bind yourself to the blog terms of use as set out herein. These blog terms of use supplement the LitNet terms of use and in the event of any conflict between the provisions arising, the LitNet terms of use will enjoy preference.

You indemnify LitNet against any claim, including possible legal fees, that may result from you breaching this guarantee.
    • You realise that you rely on information placed on a blog by another blogger at your own risk.
  • ANONYMITY
    • LitNet does not allow any anonymous blogs or comments. Should you wish to blog under a pseudonym, you must first provide LitNet (melt@litnet.co.za) with your personal information, whereafter LitNet will inform you of whether permission has been granted to use a pseudonym. LitNet’s use of your personal information is subject to the provisions concerning privacy in LitNet’s conditions of use.
  • RE-USE OF COMMENTS
    • You consent to LitNet re-using or quoting any commentary or writing that you place on the LitNet blogs without prior notice and without first obtaining your permission to do so. You will however be acknowledged as the writer of the said text and the copyright in the text will remain vested in you.
  • EDITING
    • LitNet has the right, but is not obliged to, moderate the blogs. This means that LitNet has the right to edit the blog and to remove any links and text from the blog. Blogs will mostly be edited in order to improve the readability of the text, to shorten it or to remove offensive, defamatory, improper or potentially defamatory text from the blog.
    • LitNet may add links or references to other relevant information available on LitNet to your blog.
